Custom car orders
What details do I need to provide?
Simply enter your car model, year, and any specifications or custom text you’d like included. If you want the text translated, enter all the translations as well.
Do I need to upload a photo?
Usually not, but sometimes it helps. If needed, we will contact you to confirm the correct reference images.
What if my car is rare or modified?
We’ll do our best to match your exact model. Please provide as much details about the modifications as possible. If needed, we’ll reach out for additional details before creating your artwork.
Will I see the design before it’s made?
Yes. You’ll receive a preview of your artwork to review and approve before final production.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Small adjustments can be made after the preview to ensure everything looks right.
Production & shipping
How long does it take?
Production typically takes 1–5 days after your approval of the reference images, plus shipping time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking.
Orders & returns
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before the design process begins. Once work has started, cancellations may not be possible.
Do you accept returns?
- Pre-made designs can be returned if no custom changes were made.
- Custom artworks are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you.
What if there is a mistake or damage?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, we will replace or refund your order.
